Kassi is amazingly knowledgeable and caring, always going above and beyond to communicate and check in between sessions and take extra time to make sure everything is understood and communicated. Very skilled and compassionate!
Kassi is an outstanding and gifted physical therapist. She took the time to listen to me and really helped me when I was hurting! And bonus, I got stronger and we got to focus on a variety of areas where I could improve function, flexibility and form. I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 experience.
I had no idea how I injured my shoulder, but after 2 months of pain, Kassi was able to identify the problem and had my shoulder feeling better after just a few sessions. She taught me some excellent stretches to use throughout the day to help keep the problem from reoccurring and explained the why and how of each exercise we did. While hopefully not any time soon, I'll be returning to Kassi for any future injuries that need a physical therapy touch.
Enhanced performance, particularly Kassi, is fantastic! She takes the time to listen and understand your issues, figure out what’s going on and a design a plan to best help you get back on track. 100% recommend!!
