Great service. Great people. I wouldn't waste my time with any other Spa in COLA metro. This is the one in my opinion and I'm not just writing words. I truly mean it. From service to options to pricing, you aren't going to find one this well done in the COLA metro.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Even before our appointment, the customer service was exceptional. I had questions about a package listed on their website, and the owner personally called me to help figure everything out — that alone spoke volumes! The atmosphere, staff and therapy is fantastic. You must try the Float Therapy to relax, and have relief of sore muscles or back pain as well as stiffness. It calms anxiety and they share with you in detail the process. Very private room and shower. A great date night too
