This place is filthy! Empty syringes left out. Double dipping in the numbing cream. Plus customer service is horrible! Extremely long wait times because they double book. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this deplorable place
This place is amazing . Brooklyn office is so professional , I love my Brooklyn girls Anna and Angela !!! They always take care of me and make me feel super comfortable !!! Always leave happy here 😍😀
Money was withdrawn from my account , without the fact that I would have received service , and now it is impossible to reach them , for the first time a year ago I was charged $ 475 for a consultation and , they said that this money will include in any services that I decide to do BUT, When I wanted to do Botox , they said I should pay again
The quality of work is excellent, and professional staff. I highly this place to anyone who wants to fix any imperfections or enhance their look.
Treatment were rushed and unsatisfactory ((hydra facial). Front desk staff, were not welcoming. In fact, they looked as if they did not want to be bothered. As a Manager for a very reputable hotel, I take pride in customer service. Save your time and money. Social media definately hyped up this Brooklyn branch wayy too much. Will take my money elsewhere.
