Wonderful experience from start to finish. Engraving bends over backwards to help you get what you want, the way you want it, and for a great price. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and respond very quickly.
Horrible experience – I do not want to give them one star, I want to give them zero, but CitySearch made me give them at least one. I would never under any circumstance shop here again. I would rather etch the words out on a piece of glass with a hammer and chisel myself. I had an awful experience here, and will never recommend their business to ANYONE. It was three days before my wedding and though we had contacted them many times in advance, and they said that they could engrave our mugs, they completely dropped the ball. ... read more
