Took three pieces for repairs. The cedar chest needed the feet repaired because of water damage. They took the ball feet and left stick feet. They refinished the chest, in a completely different colour. The piano needed refinishing. the veneer needed to be replaced on the sides. They replaced the bottom 12 inches and you can see the line after it was redone. The lid doesn't close because they removed the brass hinges and replaced them with cheap steel ones. If you have items with them, get them out now. They are going under and arent giving ppl their property back. Unprofessional as one can get.

Terrible service. Matt did not finish the job he said he could do. Sent harassing messages, craftsmanship was poor, left furniture damaged and incomplete. He would show up unannounced or not show up when he said he would. Jobs took much longer than anticipated which held up renovations. All of his work has had to be redone. Terrible business person. Stay clear.

Fantastic service from Matt and his team. This is a family owned business that has been around for several generations. We have used them a number of times - to restore several of my grandparents antique tables (including one that had a warped top), reupholstering dining room chairs and recently for a delicate coffee and end table set - all of which came out very well. They stand behind their work too. They're busy folks so can't always answer the office phone. Definitely leave a message or drop by for best service.
