Impressive service. Fast delivery of samples for free. Ordered twice. Faux wood 50mm blinds ordered on various sizes. Called for updates a couple of times, helpful and pleasant call handlers. Arrived a couple of days later, as promised. Took about 3 weeks in total, sale had been on, so presumably had a lot of orders to process. Very well packaged, boxes labelled with colour/sizes, but the postal company rather unhelpfully stuck the delivery stickers across the useful information for customer.
