Don’t have my blinds yet but that is somewhat irrelevant . Not that he told me his name when he abruptly answered the phone when I rang with a query , looking at other reviews tells me it was Matt who I spoke to. Another reviewer describes him as the Basil Fawlty of customer service which I think is actually unfair to Basil. Matt should be taken off answering the phone duties if this company doesn’t want to lose further customers .

Beautiful blinds supplied with correct measurements. The first blinds that arrived they were damaged, but they resolved this and within a week they sent me new blinds. The only reason this got 4 star is due to instructions not being clear but if you YouTube this, its easy to figure out and install these yourselves. Overall, very happy with the service and the blinds.
