I was the terrible customer, no part number for what I needed. The staff here was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me. After I got the correct part number, they had what I needed, in stock, and cheaper than I found it online. Putting the correct part in my hand, at a cheaper price, and with absolute top notch service. Does not get any better. Hats off to a great business!

Worst service iv ever encountered, I work for a rather large food distribution company and had to visit this particular store for a rather simple part most Supply companys carry in stock,I entered their lobby and noticed not 1 employee at the sales counter or even at their reception counters do I figured ok there busy at the moment so I sat and waited for sales rep. I continued to wait for 15 minutes and still not a soul in sight,then another 5 minutes pass and I see 2 employees come from the back and enter a office as both ... read more
