Over the years workin with E.K.O.K I have experienced unacceptable communication belittlement and just outright rudeness. I have never had anyone speak to me in such an unprofessional manner as if I was being mocked and wasnt trying my hardest to do my part. As a low income single mother I would never recommend services with this company. They are understaffed and lack many basics that I would see as training skills like knowing how to run direct deposit when important things depend on it.
