I really want to love this place. However, we dropped off two n scale trains that my 6 year old son needed fixed. They’ve been there for half a year now and they haven’t even called to let us know if they can be fixed. I guess you have to spend a silly amount of money to get good customer service from this place.
I'm here often. The fact that I keep coming back should speak volumes to what they provide me and my family from; knowledge, supplies, and the joy of talking all things trains, and other life experiences.
owners helped me find the rolling stock i wanted, and most stuff was on sale. Great place.
Great place good selection but due to economic prices and bit high to me. But I'm use to prices 18 years ago.
