I had to sue this so-called non-profit to get my medical records. They had no records on me after billing thousands of dollars for services. They do not pay their therapists, which I found out during the legal process. That's why they don't list names on their website. I'm leaving one start but I'd really like to leave -10 stars. I was in need of services and called for an appointment. The person who answered was very nice and took my information. They said I would be contacted the following week. That was three weeks ago. So do they REALLY want to help? Or are their business practices terrible and they're just leading people on with all of the key words on their website to make you believe they want to help? Please don't go to this business. I experienced difficulty in scheduling due to their intake procedure (you have to call initially to request services, then wait for a call just to schedule a time for another call, then wait for that call to be assessed and placed with a counselor and then you have to wait to be contacted by the counselor to be scheduled so it's over 3-4 phone calls minimum before you even get to your first appointment).
