I am MOST appreciative to Charles of Engel's Towing of Auburn!! Yesterday my front driver's side tire blew out during the busy afternoon traffic rush hour on the 509 in Tacoma. Initially, my insurance company's roadside assistance program dispatched a shoddy company called Auto Rescue of Olympia, LLC to help me. Auto Rescue got lost, and their tow truck driver didn't communicate with me and then showed up in a Suburban- 1 and 1/2 hours late!
