My tax return was filed incorrectly. It’s been a month since I picked up paperwork and brought it to their attention for correction. I was told they would have to refile, it has been a month and this still hasn’t been completed and now I get no response from them.

Unfortunately, I have to write this negative review, Dave was great the first year. Last year he took a really long time but did not put us past the deadline. This year for 2024 tax return we gave them to Dave’s office way back in February. We called and checked in a few times to see what was going on, Dave’s daughter Ashton answered the phone and it is very rude and driving customers away. I have been a client of your firm for several years and have been satisfied with the service and fees. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my 2024 tax return. While I understand that mistakes happen, the error in my return, which I discovered, necessitated an amended filing. I assumed your firm would complete this process, including filing the amended return.
