Mr. Engelhardt has a terrible personality.
Terrible experience. Had problems the past two years now. First year he forgot to submit my return. But didn’t forget to have me pay. Second year messed up on the file had to amend them. Never had given a reason as to what the mistake was. And anytime you need to talk to him directly. He’s never in office
Troy is fast, and efficient! His front desk ladies are kind, as well! Any questions we had he answered. He had our taxes done by the next day!!!
