My experience with EngageBay CRM has been really disappointing. The platform promises a lot , but the actual performance didn't match the expectations. The system felt slow and glitchy at times, and several features didn't work as smoothly as advertised customer support also took longer than expected to respond, which made simple issues even more frustrating.
