In 2009 I had open heart surgery for a congenital heart defect. I went thru a heart rehab program at UNMC. the right side of my heart is still very stiff. I looked around for a place to do recommended tai chi and after checking out several places I found a home at Engage Welllness. Not only did they have 2 tai classes but it was designed for those with health issues and elderly.
