As this review goes, I can only speak as to Tom Smith. Tom was my attorney in what seems like a custody and visitation nightmare. Tom worked zealously on my behalf in a case where very little upside was possible. He found some upside. Along the way he also walked me through procedural expectations and provided a sounding board for my worries and general sanity.
