Ahara has become my favourite place to hang out! From the yoga and mobility classes, the pilates reformer at my pace, the infrared sauna, bowen therapy, chiro, massage and the health food range...there's a reason to visit every day of the week!
The Ahara Wellness space is absolutely phenomenal—it's everything Tumbarumba has needed. Every visit brings me a sense of joy and calmness. Carmen has been an absolute pleasure; her kindness and genuine care for people’s needs have made the space even more welcoming and enjoyable. It's truly a special place in our community.
