My friend got his ebike here last week, and they were super easygoing and helpful with an exchange for a different bike. I came here today to get my first ebike and we had some issues, the owner was super patient, got us coffees, went above and beyond for us and I'm extremely happy with my brand new bike. I bought a bike last month from here, the bike is perfect and the service is awesome,absolutely recommend to my friends.
Visited the store for a bike. They have excellent customer service and were very helpful and knowledgeable of the bikes they carry. I would recommend them
They get a 1 star because that's as low as Google will let you rate it. I purchased an E scooter from them about 4 months ago. Looking on their website it shows they sell a zero 10 scooter (they call it a t10). It is definitely not a zero 10 e scooter and is a total knock off. I should have noticed when it had some stupid name on it and just walked away. Upon riding it not even 1km the front wheel wanted to snap off at the shock and the whole thing was loose in about every place it shouldn't be🤣. False advertising and they ... read more
