There hasn’t been a time I’ve walked out of Misty’s studio not feeling refreshed & relaxed. I’ve done just about every service she has to offer & recommend everything! The classes & workshops are also so fun & full of knowledge!
I cannot recommend Misty enough. The moment I first stepped into Misty’s studio, I felt seen and genuinely cared for. Her ability to hold space with compassion and presence created an experience that was both healing and transformative. I left feeling much lighter, more grounded, and more connected to myself. If you’re looking for someone to honor your healing journey, I highly recommend Misty
If you need to reset your mind, body, and spirit, book yourself a detox and light bed session. If you need that little something extra, add in the red light therapy, it’s a game changer! You will love feeling like a different person!
