This was my first time doing Cryo therapy and I didn’t quite know what to expect. But Heidi went over everything with me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. I followed it up with red light therapy. That was the most relaxing experience. I actually fell asleep. I left there feeling very relaxed. And I can’t wait to see how well I sleep tonight.

It was wonderful. I feel amazing as that I got my massage. They great.
The float spa and massages are both wonderful experiences
