Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. The item I ordered was one of a larger group order through a local small business. Not long after receiving it, and before even washing it, the chest decal started peeling off. Their initial response was encouraging (although they did ask that I send the defective item back, which was unusual & inconvenient), but then I never heard from them again, even after reaching out with very respectful messages a number of times.
If I can give negative stars I would. I’ve been with this company for over 6 years. Laura and her husband owned it and they were beyond INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately the business was sold to a very unprofessional owner. I’ve been a loyal customer so I stayed with the company after being sold. It has been the worse experience ever. They would give promise dates when customers would receive their orders. They didn’t receive orders till MONTHS after being promised. I Absolutely Love this place!!. I went basically for info before putting an order in. They speak on every detail you want and/or need. They have the BIGGEST variety of Everything! And their prices are very reasonable as well. I haven't even seen the finished product yet, but I'm absolutely not worried. I would recommend to anyone needing business attire. I can't wait!
