My company, I am the purchasing agent. We have been dealing with GP Energy now for about a year. I have found that the customer service is fantastic. They ask the right questions and get back to you as soon as they find out the information I need. The workers who come to our company are on time and very courteous. They do the job according to what the issue is. If something is found different they speak to the supervisor and proceed accordingly. We had a challenging commercial boiler applications issue on a large building where the plume was too large and caused complaints. Chris and the team at GP Energy Products were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to fully evaluate the equipment we installed and the challenges we were facing, and they helped us understand how to better operate and control the system to minimize the plume effect we were seeing from the boiler exhaust. Top notch expertise, highly recommend them.
