I attended one of Helen’s “Beautiful Me” Intuition Development and Self Nurture Retreats and it was amazing. I gained confidence in my intuition and learnt to use a pendulum then used it to create my own crystal bracelet. We then finished with a beautiful light language meditation. I highly recommend attending one of these days.
Yin Yoga with sound healing and Light language meditation. First part of the session was Yin Yoga lead by a kind, soft spoken lady by the name of Lyn. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt how to stretch correctly and control my breathing. Helen, lead the second part of the session in a seamless fashion with sound bowl quantum healing and light language.
