Mr,West, madam michele and sam all are very helpful, they give very excellent service with minimum charges.
We have 2 Bikes from EEB and both were not only well priced but fit for purpose. By this I mean I was given great advice from the beginning that was spot on. I have bikes that do what I want. No surprises and no issues. When my brakes needed looking at West not only organised new ones but also taught me about how to maintain them myself. They take the safety of EB riders very seriously. They carried the repairs out anyway and demanded I pay. They where abusive, argumentative and it’s the worst customer experience I have ever experienced When I collected... read more
