We recently came into Energy Electric bikes with a bike our son had bought without our 'support'. The two owners were so thorough and generous in their checking the safety of his bike and such a pleasure to deal with. This is old fashioned high end service you rarely find anymore! Thank you!!

Extremely helpful. Great prices and fantastic team.
Amazing service. My son's brakes needed fixing. Rather than just booking the bike in and telling us to collect in a few days, the owner West took my son into the workshop, sat next to him and showed him how to fix them. 30 mins later he was back on the road. Recommend!
