I've banked with ECU for over 15 years now and can say it's an awesome bank. They've helped me out on many occasions and I don't see myself switching, ever.
They helped me with MA heat loan process, very straightforward. Would recommend going in person, had some trouble openning the account online. Everyone was super nice :)
Truly the most awful experience! They state it takes about 24 hours to get a loan! Lies! It took 1.5 weeks of every day calling and leaving VM/ emailing to get a response from them. They didn't provide any information of what documents were needed. I wasted almost 2 weeks on them. The worst customer service experience.
