ECCU is a great credit union. The branch that I frequent is conveniently located and the staff provides exceptional customer service. Every time I walk in my transactions and questions are completed with the highest quality of service. Wish their mobile app was a little more intuitive but other than that I’d definitely check them out for all of your banking and financial needs.
Cassie and TJ and Tori took great care of me. Very professional, fast and going the extra mile to assist me, explain and help me buying a car. 5 stars well deserved.
