Elia is a very practiced and thorough Rolfer. She helped loosen my muscles and I feel more limber and comfortable in my body. She is a very calm and caring person and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed with her. She is also an excellent Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner. Her skills and teaching on how to practice this art on my own body has been so valuable to me that it has added a whole new dimension to my life and my health.
