I am having the same issue as all of the other customers who have posted recently. After numerous unanswered calls I have decided to leave a post in an attempt to get this company to call me back as I paid them thousands of dollars for the installation of my generator. If I could give 0 stars I would.
We’ve had the EXACT same issues as everyone with negative experiences. Energized Electric always had supply chain issues or some excuse as to why our Generac was never delivered. I began calling other Generac dealers in the area. Not one I called had a supply chain issue. Major red flag! Do your research! Generator Supercenter of the Palm Beaches had a warehouse full of Generacs ready to be either installed or sold.
