Great massage. Successfully addressed the problem areas.I had excellent improvement in my muscle recovery. Michael has a professional and friendly approach and listened to my needs.
Micheal takes the time to find the source of muscular aches and pains, and addresses them with a range of massage techniques and exercises. All the while he passes on knowledge of how certain muscles work so that injuries can be minimised in the future. Certainly worth the sessions!!!
After a single session with Michael, I have a fabulous range of movement in my neck that I had forgotten was possible!!! Professional, caring and effective communication. As Arnie says “I’ll be back!” 👍🏼
