Sharon was able to get me back to running with targeted strength and stretching exercises. I ran my half marathon without pain.
Approaching 50 and dealing with PFS, I was afraid it was the end of the running road for me. Sharon helped me address the gait issues that contributed to my pain and provided a targeted strength training program to support my knees and keep me running healthy. Just as important to me, she helped me better understand how my joints, tendons, and muscles work together. I can’t thank Sharon enough for giving me the tools to continue this sport that I love.
