Went in on short notice, hoping to get a fix for mysterious bike noises. I thought it was the bottom bracket, so the mechanic quickly disassembled, checked, reassembled and tested the BB without finding the issue. He then troubleshot the entire bike, figuring out my rear hub was faulty. The crew at PlayTri offered me a repair option, new wheels, and also told me what would happen if I did nothing.
