Having never used Endota Spa before, I was excited to use a Birthday voucher I received for a rejuvenate package. From the moment I walked in the Spa was ambient and lovely. The lady on reception was also very helpful on explaining my package and directing me to my treatment room. My therapist Mia was wonderful and attentive throughout my treatment she explained everything perfectly and I walked out feeling like a million dollars. I love Endota as a brand and experience but the Endota in Newcastle City is really rundown and also unclean. I got a facial and massage and was so disappointed, the staff member seemed incredibly junior and inexperienced. Would not recommend and hope the spa turns things around.
