I have had an excellent experience at Endless Trail. The service was fast, very good quality, and the price was very reasonable. The communication was also great. I highly recommend this bike shop and will be coming back if I need any repairs on my bike.
Been here a few times for tire repair to break repair. He even helped me with picking out a new seat and I have not one complaint! Affordable as well :) I definitely recommend!
Talked to Nick a couple of months prior to heading up to Omaha about receiving and assembling my bike when coming up to ride our RAGBRAI-esque event as baggers. Reached back out couple weeks before shipping and confirmed and he remembered me. Sent bike and arrived in Omaha. Bike was there and he took care of a couple of problems that occurred in transit. Easy communication, great work, fair prices. Oh, and I scored a new pair of Sock Guy socks when going to pick up the bike! Thanks for the help and highly recommended!
Very friendly guy! Answered every question I had. Got all the accessories mounted to my new bike by the following day. Definitely returning in the future.
I've known Nick for years! Great guy, great service. Great shop. He's sold me a couple bikes and done more repairs and service for me than I can list!
