Can’t select zero stars, or I would have. I bought a Groupon for a lip flip, which is basically a very quick and simple procedure. I wasn’t able to book on their website because with the Groupon, you have to call. Over a two week period of time, I called at least eight times and finally when I complained I got an answer back I should clarify. I’ve been going to Donna for years, I honestly don’t know why I haven’t reviewed this place before! Let me just say: I’d lose my big toe before letting ANYONE else touch my face. Girlfriends, I’ve allowed other people to give me mediocre results before I met Donna, never again; she is super professional, knowledgeable, she makes you feel comfortable and takes her time with what she knows best. You’ll never feel rushed or overwhelmed. I love it here
