Branch is great and employees are nice but the hours and days they are open are pretty hard to get into the branch if you work as no more Saturdays and don’t open till 9:30am
Recently moved all my banking from TD to this credit union. Was very happy with the easy process it was to get my account ready online. I made my way into the branch today to up my limit on the ATM and pull out cash. I was made to feel very awkward and questioned about being "who I was" when I was able to show 5 pieces on ID, told her my latest purchases, private info ect.
