I recently used Endeavour Magic Mortgages to purchase a new property, and port an existing mortgage onto this property to maintain the advantageous interest rate. The chain before me was not straight forward, Mark was fantastic from the start explaining the best route forward and how this will be achieved. Like any process, there were a few hurdles along the way, Endeavour are always available via telephone and prompt to respond via email. Would highly recommend to anyone.
