went to St. Luke Community ER on a workman's comp accident. Also, provided my primary medical coverage at time of service. they billed and collected money from my insurance and then wanted me to pay the deduct. after I have on several occasions explained to them that this claim would be paid in full y workman's comp. spoke with a very rude lady by the name of Tammy P. So customer service skill training would be great for the whole staff there.
