Huge fan of Endeavor! I just took my bike in for a tuneup after cycling Skyline Drive and the service and quality of work was fantastic. Love that they're right in the neighborhood and close to UVA. Ben is the best!
I brought my e-bike to Endeavor for a brake issue. Like a responsible adult, I scheduled an appointment in advance and kindly asked them to let me know beforehand if they wouldn’t be able to service it. Simple, right? When I arrived, I was told they might not be able to work on my bike because their stands weren’t strong enough to hold it. Bold move to advertise e-bike service and then be surprised when an actual e-bike shows up (particularly when I asked them ahead of time if they could work on this type of e-bike).
