I've needed to take my bike for repairs in twice. These guys are awesome very helpful and courteous.
Huge fan of Endeavor! I just took my bike in for a tuneup after cycling Skyline Drive and the service and quality of work was fantastic. Love that they're right in the neighborhood and close to UVA. Ben is the best!
I brought my e-bike to Endeavor for a brake issue. Like a responsible adult, I scheduled an appointment in advance and kindly asked them to let me know beforehand if they wouldn’t be able to service it. Simple, right? When I arrived, I was told they might not be able to work on my bike because their stands weren’t strong enough to hold it. Bold move to advertise e-bike service and then be surprised when an actual e-bike shows up (particularly when I asked them ahead of time if they could work on this type of e-bike). We rented a pair of E Bikes from Endeavor. Ben was super knowledgable about the bikes and helped us load them in the van. The bikes were great and worked as expected. Also, easy access off the highway. Would definitely use this bike shop again.
Ben at Endeavor was extremely helpful. He got me on a new Norco and had it perfectly set up for me when I picked it up. Rides like a dream. Great shop to have so close by. Highly recommend for anything needed.
