Bob and Donna invited us to "shop around" after we did and met with other dealers in Fairbanks we beat a path back to Delta. Bob and Donna told us "we're your warranty" and they have been fantastic with support even after the sale. I would and have recommended them and look forward to buying another Harmon from them after we add on to the house. They treated us like family.
Donna and Bob go the extra mile to help you. What they say is true not just sales pitch. It is refreshing to go into a business and know they aren't stretching the truth about their products.
We have had our pellet stoves for a couple of years now. We have tried Bob and Donna's pellets and we have tried other businesses' pellets. Bob and Donna's pellets are the best! They burn well, do not leave a lot of ash and do not 'clump'! We do not mind driving to Delta to pick up a ton. The quality of the pellets and the excellent customer service make it all worth while! We purchased a pellet stove from Bob and Donna 4 years ago now. They have had great customer service through out those years. Always want to know how the family and everything is going. They not only have a great product, but there honesty and sincerity is awesome. There down to earth people that is truly needed in a customer based franchise. We were on the waiting list to get our pellet stove and it was most definitely worth the wait! They were upfront and honest with us the entire time. They do appreciate our business as much as we appreciate theirs. Good customer service is hard to find these days. End Of The Alcan are great people and we looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Yes, we do have to agree!! I was incredibly impressed with the level of knowledge, willingness to spend time and general assistance and support I received from this business. I will be waiting until they have pellet stoves in stock - I do not want to do business with anyone else!
I have been looking for a pellet stove for 6 months. End of the Alcan was able to help< I dont just mean help but really help, take time to explain warranties, maintenance, even give us a tour and let us try a few different stoves. End of the Alcan it was living in Alaska is all about, honest hometown people who care about others in the community. I will continue to buy from them even know its over 100 mile drive.
