We have a preofessional race team and since I was friends with Amanda I thought it would be great to have them do our apparel this year. It was all going well until our order came in. We were missing 6 polos and all our jackets. She reassured us it would get taken care of. The 2nd visit she had jackets in hand (they were so bad with the screen print) but no polos. Very friendly environment, very professional, they have always done excellent work. I've gone other places in past to have our team shirts done, Encore prices and workmanship has always been better and they have always been very timely this place has better prices and always has been very helpful.
We have been extremely disappointed in this place. Everything was going well and when our order was delivered our jackets we ordered were not in it. We were short 6 polo shirts. We mentioned this to the manager Amanda and she assured us she would take care of it. Sadly, that was last month. I still do not have our missing polos. She came back the seond time with the jackets and looked so bad with screen print we didn't want them. I recently purchased a set of scrubs from Encore from their clearance area. Although they were clearance items I still spent $32 on a top and bottom. The company I work for requires a specific color and embroidery, and I was purchasing these items to wear until I received my required attire in the mail. I received my scrubs in the mail that day, and so I went to return the scrubs I hadn't even used back to Encore, but I was told that there is a no return policy on clearance items, as she rudely pointed at the small sign on t... read more
