Very friendly environment, very professional, they have always done excellent work. I've gone other places in past to have our team shirts done, Encore prices and workmanship has always been better and they have always been very timely this place has better prices and always has been very helpful.
We have been extremely disappointed in this place. Everything was going well and when our order was delivered our jackets we ordered were not in it. We were short 6 polo shirts. We mentioned this to the manager Amanda and she assured us she would take care of it. Sadly, that was last month. I still do not have our missing polos. She came back the seond time with the jackets and looked so bad with screen print we didn't want them.
