horrible customer service...my doctor sent my paperwork 3 times and they said they never received it....very rude receptionist talked to me like an idiot..told her i was in alot of pain and needed to be seen...wanted to tell me 2 to 3 weeks for initial consult...then told me if i paid privately to get in they would never bill my insurance....one star is too good...would never recommend them for anything!!!!!!!
I had total left knee replacement in Nov. in Ohio, am a snowbird, so continued rehab in Gulf Shores for 2 1/2 months. I found Encore-GS online and thought this place looks good. I made the best choice possible, as Tyler, Chris, and Charlene took me from a limping, very painful, stiff post-op left knee to a fully functioning, flexible, and barely any pain remaining in that new left knee! Great place for therapy. Staff is amazing and very caring
Great place for rehab. I have been there for several different therapies. The therapist are very knowledgeable and caring. They all work well together. I would highly recommend Encore to anyone needing physical therapy.
