Absolutely delightful people, very professional physical therapist.
I have used encore rehabilitation in Gulf Shores twice over the last three years. The first was after a rotator cuff surgery and the second, most recently, was for rehabilitation after a total knee replacement. The physical therapists there have been extremely supportive and helpful. They gauged my rehab based on excellent criteria and I have found that it was been a very positive experience.
Everything good happens at Encore! You will get better, and enjoy being with the friendliest people in the rehab profession. ❤️
I made an appointment here, but after speaking with the receptionist on the phone, I cancelled. The rudest person I ever talked to about an appointment. I decided to go to Benchmark in Gulf Shores and I am so glad I did. They are the kindest people. Don’t bother going to Encore
