I have had a very positive experience w/Encore the past 4 weeks since my total knee replacement. Kala runs a very efficient clinic that has a very positive vibe.. Kala, Crystal & Lauren are all wonderful physical therapist. I'm very fortunate to have been sent to these ladies to get my R knee back to normal functioning.. I am having my L knee replaced Dec. 29 & I will specifically ask my surgeon to send me back to these lovely ladies. Thank you Kala, Crystal, Lauren & a shoutout to Serena managing the administrative duties.
Excellent therapists who listen. provide quality and progressive therapy to get patient back to much improved level of functioning.
I had chosen Encore Rehab at Twin Beach because it was close to home and I am so fortunate that I did. These wonderful women deserve 10 stars! From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. Serena makes sure your appointments are scheduled at convenient times for you, and I cannot say enough about Crystal, Kala and Lauren, these wonderful therapists who help you to feel better and teach you how to use the exercises to stretch and strengthen and reduce pain.
