Recovery after knee surgery to repair the ACL and meniscus is NOT fun nor easy, but I’m so thankful to have had this team of therapists to encourage me to push through and to comfort me when it was hard. They are all patient and kind and genuinely care about getting you across the finish line of your goals. Saying good bye to rehab felt like saying good bye to friends! I would not be as far as I am with my recovery without them.
I have had the BEST experience at encore. Not only did they make sure I could get back to my normal day to day they pushed me so I could do more things with my family faster. Nikki is so kind and caring. My first visit I was not feeling great (a day after surgery) and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and gave me some great exercises to get me back on my feet. My experience with their service was extremely poor, primarily due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist. I cannot recommend them. The negative experience was so significant that I chose to discontinue service after my first appointment.
Rudest front desk receptionist and some therapist are rude as well. Change therapist every visit and rush the process
The facility is conveniently located behind Southern Bone and Joint, with the parking lot entrance off Main St. I'm truly impressed by the physical therapists and their exceptional communication regarding each patient's care. They are all friendly and create a wonderfully pleasant environment! However, I did deduct a star because the front desk staff can sometimes make you feel unwelcome and like a burden.
