The facility is conveniently located behind Southern Bone and Joint, with the parking lot entrance off Main St. I'm truly impressed by the physical therapists and their exceptional communication regarding each patient's care. They are all friendly and create a wonderfully pleasant environment! However, I did deduct a star because the front desk staff can sometimes make you feel unwelcome and like a burden. I had to change my review. First off… Why would this company submit my prior authorization for more PT a week later? I have the paperwork to prove it. Why would you make me wait a week to two weeks without PT due to the fact you guys submit paperwork late? This company is now affecting my progress with a complete shoulder replacement. Not only I’m irritated. I’m also frustrated with the front desk, lady being rude and very loud when it comes to this situation. ❗️The location is the back side of southern bone and joint.

I absolutely loved my experience with the therapy team! They are incredibly kind and fun, making every session enjoyable. I was impressed by how well they communicate with each other, ensuring a seamless experience. Plus, their flexibility with scheduling is a huge bonus! This is truly a fantastic place for therapy! The location is the back side of southern bone and joint.

Had PT here for a finger injury. The intake/initial assessment was pretty thorough and a schedule was set up for coming in and conducting the routine. The people are personable, but like most physical therapy clinics, the PTAs will follow the prescribed treatment plan and dont really seem to know why its being done or for what purpose so they run through the motions. Encore was a great help after my massive shoulder surgery and I would always recommend them for any type of rehabilitation. Everyone was nothing but nice and concerned, starting at the reception desk. I got all appointments at times convenient for me with a smile. All physical therapists and assistants I worked with were great as well. Nikki, Holiday, Todd and Andrea were genuinely considerate and helpful guiding me through the exercises.
