The therapist I worked with was engaging and friendly. But communication within that office in the front area between them and doctors, myself and anyone else involved was really, really inefficient. And obviously there's a strong chance that the doctor you're seeing is in that exact same building, but the imaginary wall between Southern Bone and Joint and Encore Rehab is very real. My experience with this facility was absolutely awful. Unprofessional and unkind to say the least.
Went in for a pinched nerve in my neck and arm pain. They were great and got me feeling a lot better. I can now function without daily pain.
My Dr has sent over two referral orders. For some reason Encore has not received them or lost them. My Dr sent orders to another facility the first time I need therapy and there was no issue. Seems like something is wrong on Encore's end.
