Very pleased with therapy provided by Angela. Disappointed with the billing and insurance department (including the central office) of Encore. Charges submitted to my insurance company (same service and same codes) doubled in 2026 as compared to the same charges submitted less than one month ago in 2025. The only answer I got was "we had a fee increase" A 100% fee increase?
