The associates were very nice and welcoming, they were very pleasant and professional
I have had a very positive experience at Encore in Carrollton, Al. The therapist, Sue and Kim have been so encouraging and have helped me tremendously since I had major back surgery. There were complications and they are helping me work through them. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Tammy. She is the office manager and scheduler. Not an easy task.
