If I could give zero stars, I would. I have built two houses and fully renovated two more. This company by far is the worst I have ever dealt with in all of my experiences. When calling to get my floor measured, they did order supplies, but I never heard back from them. After calling them to follow up on my order, thinking that there may have been a delay due to the holidays they admitted my order, and my job fell through the cracks and they “forgot about me” at that point, we scheduled a time for them to come install my flo... read more
They did a good job but they were over an hour late to install our window. Our appointment was at 9. They called at 9:35 to say they would be here in 20 minutes because a meeting ran long. Are meetings more important than appointments kept? That is not good customer service. We had a commitment at 10:30 that we missed because they were so late.
Love this company. Way better than carpet one
