The service I have received from Encore following a rental arrangement with a private landlord is very poor, Encore staff are not only rude, but only tell you what you want to hear, any issues raised with Encore takes them months to respond and even longer to put right if Encore can be bothered. Avoid them if you can..
My mother spent 4 weeks at Encore Homes to recover after having a stroke. It’s always a difficult decision to put a parent into a home even if it is a temporary arrangement. I’m sure that no residential / care home is perfect, but I can say the home my mum went into was actually pretty good, the staff on the most part were very attentive, although she did say that they always seemed to be under staff and rushing around.
