We were referred here for a mortgage loan. Our lender, jason, was super kind and on top of things for a week or two then went radio silent and hasn’t responded to a text or email since. Pretty odd. We had our offer accepted through another lender about a week after he started ghosting us. Not sure what happened, but we expect communication that our loan officer is no longer willing and/or able to work with us especially after they run our credit. Recommend staying away from this place for your home loan needs.
Always welcoming even when we do out events. Everybody knows your name don't get that in other banks. They treat every customer with great service seen it personally over and over. . Highly recommend as your 1 bank specially if you want your business money in great hands!
Our company banks here and I can tell you that everyone at the bank is behind our business 100% From Matt Jordan (MJ) all the staff. Whenever we need banking transactions done we do not wait in line. We do not call a toll free number. We simple text our bankers and they go to work for us 100% of the time. That is the way banking should be.
Service was decent during transaction. Referred a friend that successfully closed - didn’t receive referral bonus as promised, or even a simple “thank you”. Not a good look!
