I moved into Encore/North Branch 3 years ago. For me, it was like coming home. I loved the rural setting, the staff made you feel welcomed. This is my home, we are a family with different backgrounds but still a family. We care for each other and we look out for each other. I do not take kindly to someone saying negative things about my home or the staff. Our staff is dressed appropriately and always considerate of the residents. The staff is sub par, they have no idea where the residents are and what they are doing. They serve them what ever they think they eat without even asking them. The staff dresses as if they just rolled out the bed. Uniforms are highly recommended

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living community. The caregivers here truly go above and beyond every single day. They treat residents with such patience, respect, and genuine kindness — it feels like a family, not a facility.

No one wants to or ever thinks they will be writing a review for an assisted living home. At least I never did. Then I also never thought my mom would get dementia and need full-time care. My sweet mom spent about a year and a half in the loving hands of the team (family) here. They made her final journey, such a comfortable and loving and fun space for all of us to share.
